Once DR is beginning to heal…will that take away bloat (that happens after EVERY time I eat)?

Hi Amy, I’m 5 month after delivery. I feel already fit (doing postnatal yoga) but I still have about 2 fingers rectus diastasis. I would love to exercise with TRX. I’m not sure if I should do it…What is forbidden?
I would be very happy if you could make a postnatal TRX video!🤗
