I know big Ramy is dark skinned, but what ever tanning lotion he uses it does nothing for him,it looks thick and smudgy,hides his lines etc.😕
Everything i hear about Ramy has got soooo boring…….for as long as i can remember he was always gonna be in shape "next year"….if being watery, "kinda soft" and not being grainy is not a bad version of Ramy I would really hate to see a "bad" Ramy…….what would that be…..just a lump of lard wheeled onto the stage???? When is he actually gonna get it that his condition is always comparatively poor…..his legs are so out of proportion it just looks dumb.

I really wish he'd come to the olympia shredded. Unfortunately I've grown to expect not. I do think he has made some progress on that in the past year, but just not quite good enough still.

I mean let's be honest, ramy has had numerous coaches, trainers, traveled the world, nutritionists, and he hasn't gotten it once yet. It's time to realize, he just doesnt have it.
