Thank you for providing this workout for free 🙂 I have started many exercise programs but lost interest in ALL of them except for HASfit. I love your positivity and the type of mindset you create. The change in my thinking habits have been my greatest change and I am loving how it effects all aspects of my life. To be fitter and stronger will be a bonus to keep up with my children. Wasn't really feeling it today but wanted to keep to my 20/20/20 for the 5am club. Perfect video for this. I'm happy and sweaty in only 20min with a proper warm up and cool down. Amazing. I used either 5kg or 3kg weights which was a great amount.
