A nice finisher to another workout.
Wasn't really feeling it today but wanted to keep to my 20/20/20 for the 5am club. Perfect video for this. I'm happy and sweaty in only 20min with a proper warm up and cool down. Amazing. I used either 5kg or 3kg weights which was a great amount.
