Seems like there is still plenty of toning to do.
I don't think you should be asking for extra advice if you haven't been doing the workouts, you should be toned? I'd like to see the ladies address this. I think there's some slacking going on and people want short cuts.

I find the hiit workout to be very difficult on the treadmill…Would you recommend it outside i feel its kind of hard to switch speeds when i'm running on 8 speed i feel like i'm gonna fall off hahah…thanks for the workouts i love them all you guys are awesome 🙂
im trying to loose weight, i do alot of cardio and am starting to do more strength. But i feel really confused on What and When to eat after doing a workout, i dont want to sabotage my workout by eating too much food. PLEASE HELP ME! 🙂
