I have been studying for longer hours and could not go out (often) to refresh myself. This was so much needed. Thank you, Lucy.

This is brilliant! I did it in my living room today – tomorrow I'm going to try taking the laptop outside and enjoy the fresh air. Who cares what the neighbours think!

Hi Lucy. I am new to your channel. Got up this morning, turned on YouTube, your 30 Min Indoor Walk & Full Body popped up, and I decided to do it. Can't thank you enough. I loved it. Your instructions were good and easy to follow. I live in an apartment and have limited space so even better. Looking forward to future workouts with you. Stay safe. From NY

This was suppose to give me energy, but I feel exhausted just after 5min! 😩🥵

Just kidding, I did love it! 😁 Very relaxing as well, releases the anxiety of my body and good for a beginner like myself. 😊

I have been doing your 30 min workout every morning for 3wks and have lost inches off my waist, even though I haven't been as persistent with my food diet! I do the 30 min workouts for 4 days, I then I do a 20 min workout, followed by the weekends; 2x 7 mins, leaving one rest day. And now you have a 'Desk Break Workout'!! WOW!! Your training is So good, and Very 'Doable' I have friends who struggle with health and excess weight but they are managing to workout. Also, my mum who is unfortunately now in a wheelchair is going to try. I'm going to show her the exercises you have on your website, and go from there :O ) I Personally think you're Great, you have made Such an impact on my life and I'm So Greatful. You also give me a laugh when your audio goes slightly off track! :O D. I was going to ask; I have lost inches, though seem to have put weight on with the scales, is this normal or just my crappy diet? Haha. I'm OK as I can see the changes in my body. Keep doing what you're doing Lucy…you're a Star!! xxx

I don't have the place to do this at work, unfortunately. But I do it before a walk outside. Or when I go from watching tv to reading, I do it in between. Love it.

Love this Lucy, thank you!! 🙌Would love to see more of these mini 'booster' sessions – I often have literally only 5 minutes between Zoom meetings and this is an awesome thing to do in between to 're-energize! Throw in a few motivational quotes too and it would be a super booster!! 😁💖Thanks again!
