It's bizarre as you'd presume generation Iron being a media company would have at least a basic knowledge of copyright law? lol. are they maybe hoping that youtube dont? lol. You cannot get any more fairuse than the reason you have used their logo. And fair use covers quite a wide range of uses but you are using it in as clear cut way as possible in relation to fair use. its what the whole fair use section is there for (journalism, criticism, review etc) they must surely know this as a media company. Maybe that was their hope that youtube would just take the side of 'goliath'? which in itself is a really arrogant move. its bizarre as its hurting their PR much more than any use of their logo ever would. Anyone would think Generation iron was just some butt hurt angry lil troll….
