Omar!!! Yo man do you have a workout program online?? No homo your physique is fucking goals! Athletic is what I'm leaning towards. of course I'm a newbie still learning to track my macros. Lost 20 lbs so far. I'm at 200lbs not fat but not skinny either. Any advice or help would be awesome!! Thanks in advance browski!

But what about if you wanna make your chest bodyfat to drop? You work on your chest and if your chest muscles increase in volume theorically you are losing bodyfat on your chest because your muscle fibers had increased but only if the fat in the chest stays the same.

Great video Omar. I have to constantly debunk the "spot reduction" myth with both clients of mine and people that I meet who are just looking for fitness advice. Also, it should seem obvious that problem areas are the last to go based on genetic profile because you have them the longest. But since people lack patience to fully develop their body, they want to rush the process.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that spot reduction is possible not by burning fats but by freezing them. I've been hearing about this fat freezing concept for quite some time now and how it freezes the fat cells. Unlike burning fat cells which in reality only suppresses them, fat freezing dismantles them permanently. So after doing my research, i took a chance with blue fat freeze system and fortunately reduced 2 inches around my waist in 2 months. But anyone wanting to try blue should consult one's family doctor as its effectiveness depends on a person's body structure.
What you could do is spot increase muscle mass, which will decrease the body fat % of the region (more lean mass and same amount of fat).

Actually.. increased muscle constraction, hence bloodflow, in any given area has been shown to decrease body fat reserves in that area over time. Fat spot reducing IS possible, although the evidence may not be seen so obviously at first. Not only is this founded on a physiological level given research on Ketosis and Ketones in bloodflow, there is also quite observable anecdotal evidence. Me, personally, the areas on my body which are very inactive (glutes, hamstrings, abs, inner thighs) have the highest fat concentration out of anywhere else on my body, this is clear direct observation confirming studies on Ketosis and fat metabolism. This explains the skinny-fat body type and "Cold fat" phenomenom.
It is NOT genetics. This function also can explain why many weight lifters and body builders have relatively more fat on their triceps ("Bat wings"), aka one of the least predominant regions for strength training (Over-emphasized internal rotations associated with forward and raised arm exercises).
There is a reason why the human body chooses which priority areas to burn fat first, it is not random, it is a calculated physiological function related to cardiovascular and neuro muscular function.
Correct, you can't reduce in one area. The only way is to reduce it everywhere by cardio.
