Thanks for this video. The only thing I have found I don't like about the videos is doing planks in the straps. I love the rest of this workout but my core is not strong enough to plank in the straps without injury. I modified exercises on my own without the straps, but it would be nice if you encouraged users who were still building their core to stay out of the straps.

I have to say that I really spontaneously buy a TRX system because I kind of like it in the store (Originally I came just yor yoga block). Then I came home and I was like "What do I do now with it.." and than I just try to type in "Bodyfit by Amy TRX" and when A LOT OF AMAZING VIDEOS showed up I was just like OMG THANK YOU! YES! Thank you. Transitioning to home workouts have been difficult as I have a lot of disc damage. I love HIIT but it hurts my spin too much w jumps and running. This combines trx and hiit pretty well. Thank you again.

I absolutely LOVE the suspension strength training using TRX. I wanted to ask you what to do to get strong enough to do a full pistol squat. I can't seem to get back up!! Thank you for your amazing workouts!

You offer a lot of TRX workouts and it was on sale last week on Amazon so I bought it and did this workout today as per the June calendar. I've done leg & arm exercises using TRX, when I used to go to gym. But I've never done any core exercises (TRX) before. Today, that part on mat, was the hardest and I couldn't follow it 🙁 I watched another video of yours where you've explained everything in detail for beginners and I'll keep practicing the core part of it. I've watched some other TRX workout videos too and WOW You're really a TRX Queen. I'm amazed to watch you do all those hard core moves 🤩🤩😇😇😇😇
