Using a long resistance band, either with or without handles, we’ll flatten and tone your belly, while working some arms and legs as well. Options for all fitness levels.

Does anyone else hear that high pitched noise in the background the whole time? It was a fun workout but that high pitched ringing drove me nuts!

This might seem obvious but does the pulsing/pushing outward of the feet exercise address the inner thighs as much as the outer thighs?

Nice size, easy to use and has great range of resistance bestgym.equipment but are a little on the short side for a 6 foot guy. Have only worked with the two lowest resistance bands but feel that I'm getting a good workout for me. Would be nice if there was a grip available to stop the band from cutting into my palm.
