Yes!!! This is a tough workout but I loved it!!! I mostly did the higher intensity versions of the exercises. Round 1 really got my heart pumping. Round 2 I was really feeling it. Round 3 I found an amazing spark of energy and finished strong! Awesome workout! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❗👍

Moved this one to my favorites! It is one of the best ones that had me in my peak heart zone and cardio as well for almost the entire workout! The 'fire' workout from yesterday and now this one, whew….I'm pooped but feel great! I love the basic moves in this workout that don't confuse my mind lol and yet get my heart rate up so well. I hope to see more like it! 🙂 xx

Jeepers. That was killer. I made it until the runners lunge in the 3rd round without feeling ready to throw up though… so next time I’ll see if it takes longer! (I didn’t… I finished it… just felt like it!)
