amazing! quick but extremely effective. I felt my abs the next day!!! ( as in felt them ache not felt them on my stomach I'm still quite chubby hahaha x)

Fabulous add on ab workout, Amy! After cardio-and being completely sweaty and tired, I didn't think I had the additional 8 minutes of energy, but I did and then some! This quick 8 minute 6-pack workout gave me a second wind so I decided to add on to today's workouts with your 12 minute love handle workout 🙂 Now, I can collapse! XO-S

I like your other standing abs routines also (with and without weights), and finally tried this one. I will regularly alternate it with other short workouts during work breaks. My hip flexors really felt this one! Would love to see more short ones for cardio & ST, especially standing!
