Flex wheeler has the same lucky fate as me…lol. He is Bipolar – I am bipolar. He has health issues with the Kidneys – bad bad issues and they are NOT related to Bodybuilding, No Matter what Haters may say or not! – And I have the same spine as Ronnie Coleman – but also not related to the Bodybuilding Lifestyle!
And we were broke in the Past but stand on our Feet again (OK, He stands on
1 Foot… ;-)) But we go on – no matter what haters may say. And that`s what it is, what makes you a strong guy! Flex may be a crybaby… But despite this, he is a strong Guy! and what shows up that he is so strong, and stronger than the most? He is alive!
People with Bipolar Disorder have the biggest rate of suicide! And since I am such a Guy also, I know exactly what I`m talking about! "Normals" have no clue how hard it is to live with this nasty Disorder! Flex once said in an interview, that he came home from a competition he has won (i think it was the Arnold Ohio), and he sat in the kitchen and thought about nothing but to kill himself! That`s what makes our life so sweet. You are o top of the success, and it means nothing to you and the only thing is: you want to die so that you don`t need to feel that dark pain inside of you anymore! This is extremely painful, and you don`t have a clue why you are so much in Pain! You are successful as hell, but you give a shit about that… And no one can help you out of this……

Lol Beyeke… the shorter Brother of Cedrick McMillian… Both are consistently unconditioned…lol. But, I think he only hs this "thick skin" thing…And that`s hard to overcome!
Wow! Wesley Vissers! He really looks good, and, when I remember his training session with The "Hoff" David Hoffman, he is an incredibly smart guy too! Everything he says is clear and sound! I don`t remember to have seen such a knowledgeable Bodybuilder like him…(and this reminds me to the Guy that pissed on Joda Hill, but doesn't know the difference between a Hernia and blocked Blood-Vessel…And has a big mouth!)lol
The only thing I am sad about is, that Wesley has big Problems to match his weight limitation. either he lacks the mass, or he is too heavy… That`s the damn shit he has to deal with…
The range of possible weight he can gain is very small… and that`s sad! He's such a sympathetic and smart young man, the BB-Scene would need more of them…

Lionel issue is his long torso, high and narrow lats .. his arms and delts oversize and most importantly he has not nailed his condition once so not much hope that he will come in shape and really needs to get those lats up significantly
