What ppl NEED to understand is that the shorter guy is at about 80%(rgn for example purposes) the taller guy is at about 45% of his max muscle mass possible gains. Taller guys just need to work harder n stop making excuses. Those smurfs are putting in work so grow sum nutz and lift!

I would love the best bodybuilder in the world to be huge height 6"4 plus, for me if the world's best bodybuilder walked down the street people should be looking up at him in awe at this specimen of a human not a small dude who looks fat in clothes
