Do you do any beginner kick-boxer with legs?

Loved this workout! I am no newbie but I need to stretch more, and I have been having knee and hip flexor pain from my regular routines. This workout STILL gets you going without overdoing it! Plus the bonus is that I got to imagine myself training to be the next Mike Tyson- THANK YOU 🥰

They rush me through learning moves and expect me to be at intermediate level by 5 minutes. It's so frustrating. You provided so many move options that I will be able to grow with this video. I know I've commented before but I just wanted to say how much I appreciate these low impact workouts. I have an old groin injury acting up and I've had to slow way down for a couple of weeks. These are a lifesaver!

I know this is an older one, but I really appreciate it. I gained quite of a bit of weight and fell out of shape during the COVID lockdowns, and have been having a hard time finding work outs that I could get through that didn't make me feel worse. Baby steps!
