Dear Karena and Katrina, I am 16 yrs old I am 5 fr 4inch and weight close to 150 lbs and Irealy want to tone it up. I love my body this is why I want to tone it up this is the only body I get! I was wondering I you have any suggestions for me?

By the way, since starting the 100byVday challenge back in Jan. I've kept off the weight (a total of 15lbs!). I will be honest and say that I've done very minimal exercise since then but eating healthy kept the weight off for 6 months now and I'm very thankful to the TIU Team. I would really appreciate if ya'll would check out my instagram @sylviahgetsfit for mommy inspiration and "kid tested, mother approved" meals ((:

This is one of my favourite Tone it Up workout videos so far, thank you for putting this together. My fitness level is nowhere near Tri levels, but I have a starting point now! 🙂

You can really use any bike, but if you were to buy one, most races are best suited for a road bike unless it's a mountain course.

Hey girls, I'm almost to my goal weight but I've relized i'm still highly chubby. my stomach will not go down and my back looks horrible. I don't know what to do. I don't want my weight to drop to low but I'm starting to think i'll have to drop really low to see a difference. Any tips?
