Not training for a triathlon but I'm going to try this workout because it looks like a great total body strength workout!
I think it's because some people like to be able to follow along with in real time
Functional training moves are my favorite. They're basic, but work well. Please do more workouts like this!

Dear Karena and Katrina, I am 16 yrs old I am 5 fr 4inch and weight close to 150 lbs and Irealy want to tone it up. I love my body this is why I want to tone it up this is the only body I get! I was wondering I you have any suggestions for me?

By the way, since starting the 100byVday challenge back in Jan. I've kept off the weight (a total of 15lbs!). I will be honest and say that I've done very minimal exercise since then but eating healthy kept the weight off for 6 months now and I'm very thankful to the TIU Team. This is one of my favourite Tone it Up workout videos so far, thank you for putting this together. My fitness level is nowhere near Tri levels, but I have a starting point now! 🙂
You can really use any bike, but if you were to buy one, most races are best suited for a road bike unless it's a mountain course.
Could you name all the excercises?! Getting into problems if i keep on watching your video 😉 ME: "I do need to watch, i can't remember all the exercises"

Hey girls, I'm almost to my goal weight but I've relized i'm still highly chubby. my stomach will not go down and my back looks horrible. I don't know what to do. I don't want my weight to drop to low but I'm starting to think i'll have to drop really low to see a difference. Any tips?
