Hi karena and katrina! I am having some serious difficulties making protein pancakes. They turn out burned or completely uncooked and stick to the pan then fall apart as soon as I try to flip them. I've tried countless variations of recipes and yet i still can't make a protein pancake. Any tips?

Quick question! I bought the tone it up protein but not the individuals packets. And I really want to eat yogurt, and you suggest to add one packet, does one packet equal one scoop? Thanks!!
Moderation is key. I eat very healthy which is why I just subscribed to you girls but I also enjoy food just enjoy the things that aren't so good for me on a daily basis, in moderation. Moderation is definitely key as you said. Diets don't work because your body feels deprived and you just want to binge on things you're saying no to. Just enjoy it but do what my hubby and I do and share a dessert or whatever.
