Let me tell you beautiful souls what you have done for me. March 16th of this year I got real about my weight and lifestyle. I am 52 years old with MS, lyphodema, and a heart condition called SVT which is an overly rapid heart beat. I use a C-pap machine at night for sleeping as I have sleep apnea too. It is November 11th, and I am 7 lbs away from my goal of 100 gone before the end of the year. I do a low carb/low fat diet and your chair exercises every single day. You are literally saving my life as my physician AND neurologist said it is critical I continue your routine to be mobile and healthy. I forgot to mention I am also in a wheelchair and though I still need her for long distance due to my disease, in shorter distances she is getting lonely because I am walking! Heading over to Amazon! Thanks for your excellent sequencing and instruction on form. You guys are the first program I've used where I've NOT gotten injured.  There are so many bad instructors out there who push past the breaking point. I'm a 47 year old wife and mom of teens, and I'm stronger than I was in my 20s. You two are the best 🙂
