I found your videos years ago. It was the 10 minute booty workout. I did the workout twice a day 3 days a week. My waist shrank so much. It was crazy. Glad to see that you are still helping us! I'm soon to be getting Bariatric Surgery and I plan to use your workouts and subscribe again 😊
