Great workout for my neck. A gentle stretch on the lower back and hips. Feels good! Finished my physical therapy (Cervical Spondylosis) with the recommendation to continue Tai Chi and Yoga! I won't win the war but I'll continue to fight it and win battles. Thanks Tex
