You can spot reduce :/ I know it sucks! But, once you start doing cardio and weight training, there's no telling where fat will start disappearing!
I've heard about 4-6 times a day is good, and make sure they are good, healthy, nutritious meals! (I have heard that berries like blueberries and blackberries are great for snacking and weight loss!) For the dessert this, I would say it depends what dessert is! I'd say one unhealthy dessert a week as a little reward, and then maybe some fruit or something for dessert other days? I'm no expert, but I thought I'd reply :). Good luck! 🙂

when losing weight there is no possible way to control where you lose your excess fat so there's a possibility your bust size will reduce from working out.
will this make you lose allot of weight? cause im not looking to lose weight since im already a tiny person, i just want to build muscle.
When you start working out in general, you will shed a few pounds due to speeding up your metabolism and getting rid of some excess fat, but once you start doing it regularly, you will build up muscle.

Yes! I want the super toned stomach but I am afraid I will lose my boobs haha

Does anyone know where the bikinis are from in the intro?
From what I've learned as part of my fitness journey, you don't get to choose where you loose weight. You can start in your thighs then see less in your arms and then abs but you can't spot reduce, only spot tone. So you can't prevent loosing in your bust area, especially because breasts are essentially adipose (fat) tissue. I'm not at my top fitness stature but I love my body; all I can recommend is you choose to love yourself, small or big bust and all.

You get a boob job. Lol, sad but true, most women ith really toned awesome bodies have implants because they look really flat chested after they lose all the fat around their bust area.

This was an awesome workout!! I just bought a pack of resistance bands, and this video confirmed it was a great purchase. I bought them to help my mom rehab her legs from fracturing her tibia and fibula last fall. She needs to strengthen her legs and lose weight she gained from sitting around all winter. Thank you, ladies, for these perfect workouts!!
these were great! i really felt the burn while doing the arm exercises. please make more videos using resistance bands, there aren't many out there as good as this one

this is so fun! We have a snowday, so I'm stuck inside working all day, but these videos are keeping me active and curing my cabin fever.
