I'll be doing this video today also. I'm still doing the 10 min abs (the first one). I need to do it 15 times per day, lol. Tiffany is amazing.

I really dislike YT live because it glitches so much but took a chance and tried this. When it started, I thought hmmm not sure if this is for me, because after 11 minutes I was barely breaking a sweat. I added a minute of jacks and high knee runs which I guess helped push me then followed the workout and it was great. lesson learned s be very warm before a lower impact workout so you get in fat burning mode faster. Really liked the workout Tiffany once I was warmed up….I should know better! Lol
