I am always amazed how Shawn keeps it positive and never complains despite what that chick did to him. He keeps training hard and believe in himself. he is sincere and real.Â

I took each one of those machines dismantled them in their entirety, replaced the used parts (bushing ect) re-painted them, and re-branded them. Took me a couple years but I am glad I did it. My music and I don't have to deal with some fitness snowflakes looking at their phones or talking out loud abt their senseless week-ends or stupid girl friends. best move I ever did.

Came across as a really good guy, don’t think I’ve seen anything more than pictures or posing videos before. Off season bulk for the win, love seeing bodybuilders in their more “natural” state.
I meet Shawn at the Aronld in Australia when he spoke to a small meet an greet. He is an absolute inspiration an his story hit me so hard as it paralleled mine an u got so emotional that i cried when i had my photo with him. Also had a chat after he is a gentleman an a superstar all the best champ
