You lied to me, mind doesn't go over body. I tried to Deadlift 500 pounds and instead of being able to lift I just broke my spine

day 1 of 30 on the muscle building program. I just finished BullyJuices 30 day program to lose that final bit of reluctant fat now its time to build some proper muscle, looking forward to it. Super tough but I loved every exercise

I love your workouts! It's great to have so many different options both in type of workout and minutes. Sometimes you only have 20 minutes, sometimes more. I'm 62 years old and love that I can make the workout my own. Thank you for motivating me!
What brought me here to day was NOT the constant unrelenting gibberish.
I found the first one, squat and curl, hard to keep my heels down. Anyone else? I'm fairly strong but have poor flexibility. Thanks for the workout.

Due to severe shoulder and wrist issues, I’ve had to pause in previous videos whenever the movements went to push ups or planks. This video is awesome for people with those issues since all but one movement are done either standing or on your back. I got through the entire thing with no issues and lots of sweat! Thanks!
