I let me hear something from me again.
I have been exercising again for about 3 months now.
And now I have lost 3 kilos, through your workouts the saterday workouts.
and 45/30 min wonderful to do.
Preferably 3 kilos off. Then I am 67/66 kilos.
I go through first and make sure that I get a tighter tummy.
