This 25 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells and a chair to safely and effectively strengthen and tone your entire body during pregnancy. Geared towards second trimester, but safe for any trimester of pregnancy. Options for all fitness levels.

Who knew your pregnancy workouts would be so great for seniors? This is my second one, and I love it! It's totally safe and joint friendly, and I get to modify "up" on some moves, which is a real morale booster after modifying "down" for years on other routines. Thanks!!

Hello! Can I still use a little bit heavier dumbbells?
Very good workout. This workout has kept my body strong throughout my second trimester. I even ended up losing some bodyfat and gained stronger muscles
This was perfect. I'm only 7 weeks but not feeling great and this was challenging but doable, which is most important. I love how relaxed you are and how you offer great modifications. Thank you for this!

Used your workouts with first baby and came back again this pregnancy. I did start prenatal workouts earlier in this pregnancy because of exhaustion couldn't keep up the intensity of my regular workout style
