Hi!! i'm new to your channel and i have a question about my legs, and i have been really uncomfortable with my legs for a long time. So, ever since I did track my calves have been getting way to muscular and bulky and I was wondering if there's anything i can do to get rid of that muscular calf. I searched online and they said that i have to eat at least 750 calories everyday and to not eat alot of protein and only have 3 meals a day….but i don't want to do that…. so anything i can do??
You need at least 1200 calories a day. More if your active. Stretch the muscles and do some yoga. Yoga is excellent for keeping muscles long and lean. Eat more lose more weight.
