Hey Mike, I've been using your channel to start to learn. I'm up in Maine so I don't have a bag, I have a snowman, but let me tell you what: Thanks you you, I'm finally starting to win against him!

"Don't fight, box!" Good ass father right there. Keep them spiritual aspects lit. Control > Power < timing + instinct (experience + Boxing IQ) = Victory
But i failed math so cross check that equation.
r u in philly
Iam watching this from India
Can anyone find episode 7 of this series? As it seems to be the same as Ep 6! Also shout out to anyone doing these through lockdown!
Where’s the episode 7??
i felt bad for the kid in the begining:))
I remember this one time at school a white kid (I'm white) about my age 6/2 (I'm 6/2) he says hey you wanna know what's gonna happen? I said what are you talking about and then he straight up punched the shit out of me in right side of my jaw next to my throat so i got mad and got in anyone's normal amateur stance that they would get in and blocked a lot and that's how i got effective at blocking with one hand now at the time i didn't approve of fighting at all actually i hated every sport that conceived the shit i did everything i could to get away from this guy but he just kept coming so i finally said in my mind i gotta make him his hand on something so i made him punch the basketball hoop pole and when he's shaking his hand in pain looking at it that's when i struck as hard as i could AS HARD AS I COULD right hand into his chest right in the middle of that breathing tube i was so mad and salty about the jaw punch i kicked him in the balls afterwards lol i was so pissed and this all happened at SILVER HILLS MIDDLE SCHOOL
What’s an ideal price for boxing gyms? The one my mate goes to and wants me to go to costs £60 a month for three lessons a week. Each lesson for 2 hours. He says it’s worth it but is seems really expensive and idk if it’s worth it? Bare in mind that I wanna take boxing seriously
