This 15 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells and a mat to strengthen and tone your arms and back safely and effectively during pregnancy. This workout is specific to the first trimester but good for 2nd and 3rd trimesters as well. Options for all fitness levels.

As always, please make sure you have doctor’s clearance for exercise during pregnancy before doing this or any other workout.

Being on your hands and knees doesn't cause DR as a Mama of soon to be 4 I've never had DR and one of the things that I did in every pregnancy to keep baby in the optimal position was resting on all fours either on a ball or the cub. Leaning back can cause DR especially if you don't roll to your side to get up. Point being, Mama's don't fear leaning forward your belly is like a hammock for baby to lay in.

Nice, did each exercise about 45 secs x 3-4 sets + back flys + wall pushups
