I am a 15 year old girl from India and I LOVE doing your 35 min fusion HIIT pilates workout.
I am an athletic girl so doing your workouts are not hard for me. Can YOU please tell me how many times a week should I do this workout in order to get results? Plus, my meals aren't too unhealthy.

Killer workout! Was able to increase the weights but it drained me, great workout.
Woohoo! This looks like it'll be the same as Week 12 of HR12WK 1.0 where everyday is a favourite.
NSV, increased my weights on front and lateral raises and the pull over to 5kg, consistently using 7.5kg for biceps work. Woop Woop. 7 full press ups in a row today. Still need to make it to 10 in a row for my goal! Thank you for your guidance Heather x
