I like most of Amy's workouts, but this is a joke. It's just a stretch with a kettlebell. Never even broke a sweat or elevated heart rate.
SAved this for when I’m pregnant again 😆 I’m 6 months postpartum and was able to use my heavier kettlebell since there wasn’t a ton of HIIT. I liked that for a change!

Almost 38 weeks! Had to modify but this felt so good. I took a week off from exercise and actually felt more stiff and I think this helped.
