This 15 minute mat workout uses bodyweight Pilates inspired moves to sculpt, strengthen, tone and tighten your entire lower body—legs, butt, inner thighs, outer thighs and hips. You core will be engaged throughout as well, so as a bonus your abs are working as well. Options for all fitness levels.

Hi I’m a beginner at working out. How long can I do this exercise for? Like will it be okay if I do this workout for 15 minutes every day for a week then do a different workout the next week.
