Amy. I have hip osteoarthritis and have limited range in one hip (think knee raises) any chance you can do a 10 15 minute full abs video with weights. With mods for knee raises. So hard to find anything to work my core without high knees. I am pretty fit and want to stay that way x thank you

Amy can you do a dumbbell workout without HIIT cardio in it. Just in circuit fashion to keep heart rate up. I cannot do much lower body due t9 an injury but and desperate to keep going 😀

What a fantastic workout!!! You are the best TRX trainer on YouTube by far, Amy!  
I do this workout every weekend and now I am so fit that I can train through the ten second pauses because it feels even better. Would be sooo great if you could post more TRX workouts, pleaaaase?!  
Honestly: I am training so much with your vids that I know all your voiceovers by heart. 😉 so new ones would be so refreshing. Thank you so much for your great work! <3

good workout but I need to hear or see when each 20 or 10 second interval ends and starts. I can't stare at the screen and your verbal cues are not definitive enough to hear them

The 2nd circuit was very hard for me 🙁 between tricep and chest press exercises, I couldn't get up & down so I did that all standing like other TRX workouts. It went fast. The plank portion of TRX has always been very very hard for me but this time I somehow could hold it for 15 secs or so 😉 which means little improvement 🙂 Thanks Amy! ❤️
