Hi Omar, in previous videos (with Jeremy Hamilton) I thought you were of the opinion that grinder reps should be avoided, but your last 2 PR videos on OHP have been huge grinders. Do you feel as though this is reinforcing bad technique, or does having that much experience make it ok for you to grind?

@omarisuf could you please make a video explaining how you do your overtraining and maybe mention some studies aswell? i heard some guys talking about controleld overtraining and stuff like that but i didnt find much on the net, but you and greg have knowledge about it i suppose, would be really awsome to see how you plan it out and how it works, love ur vids,- teamnocalves
