This 35 minute workout uses one kettlebell in the Tabata format—20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest in 4 minute rounds and alternates with high intensity intervals and strength intervals. Sculpt and strengthen while you blast fat and burn calories. Options for all fitness levels.

I have to say although not 'strictly' a Tabata routine I LOVE the format of these workouts. They are short, snappy and not as overwhelming as 35 minutes of pure cardio for Lifting Luddites like me.

I did this workout first thing in the morning. I loved it. Can still feel my abs sore of the wood chops, but i really felt them working. I will come back to your workouts again and again.

I actually didn't have a kettlebell so I used a single dumbell. Now I need to go shopping for a kettlebell as I will definitely be returning to this workout…thank you so much for a great workout!!
