Great short outdoor workout and you only need a small space for a really good cardio and toning class. I was aching all over the next day so definitely worked my body. Easy to follow as well.

Another great workout Amy! The exercises are easy to modify if needed, though after a month of doing your beginner full body dumbbell workout, I find I can do most! And only 30 minutes for a full body great sweat! Thank-you!

I did this workout for the first time this morning with my husband. He has been doing them since the beginning of Covid. OMG! This is amazing. I couldn't do the very last exercise, but that's okay. Looking to lose some weight (abs and stomach 🙁 ) and strengthening my arms. Thanks for posting.
