I was wondering if you've heard of Skyr yogurts that have just become available in the uk? They've got crazy macros, I think it's 0.3 fat and 16.5g of protein in a 150g pot and 6g of sugar!

Lex, what's your stance on BPA and plastics? I saw that you boiled your pasta in the plastic bag, are you not concerned with the effects of BPA accumulation? Or do you think it has been over exaggerated?

Get a small funnel like you do for oil. Or make a piece of paper into a.cone shape:) that's how I get my powders into narrow bottles

Hey Lex just wondering do you count EVERYTHING in your macros? Like even a tsp of marmite? I typically dont count vegemite ir marmite or any condiments that are 10cals or less per tbsp. Thanks!

Brilliant video mate…. My wife and I are bit older then you two… But I remember early 90s living the fitness life you guys do… We where in a minority back then… Walking round Bolton UK their would be few couples that worked out… We are in our 40s now and still watch the macros.. but in the 90s it was all night raves then training the next day.. 🙂 Buzz of seeing you living the amazing life. Lex , Obviously nowadays you are Global Brand everyone knows you .. But back in our day it was just the small town… But you inspire me and I suspect loads more.. Keep growing mate.
