You are right about the negativity. I am in a wirlwind of negativity. My elbow hurts yet I want to work out. My neighbors are arsehats, my job is soul sucking, working full time while at two universities trying to get ahead, and being 42 years old about to turn 43 just makes everything harder to deal with. I love how you are able to maintain positiveity, or is that just while the camera is on?
While I'm here, would you recommend an arm, chest, back anything that I could do that be doable without destroying my sore elbow.
If I can have a vote, my opinion is training techniques for the future videos.

I wouldn't worry about it too much! You've got a mint fanbase behind you and like you said, a blessing in disguise. Rejuvenate the old videos that were lost and create it into new content, a fresh and more indepth approach (comparing to your older videos) like you have now and trust me, there is no true success without sacrifice. Gutted I didn't get the chance to meet you at GymShark on Friday at the Expo, but definitely would have met you if I had the time (queue was ridiculous). Keep it up man.
Something I would personally like to see is more reviews on isolation equipment and how to use it as well as exercises we can do at home to keep up the strength training.

Hi Lex. I had the pleasure of meet you at BBC Media City when we were both filming 8 out of 10 cats does Countdown (I'm the guy modelling the prizes)… I've been watching some of your videos and wondered why you do a cycle of three different weekly types of lifting…something like volume, heavy then contraction was it? Volume as in a lot of sets or reps or both? So when going heavy less sets than volume week? And what's contraction week and the benefit of switching things up in this way?

I guess since you need video ideas, maybe a segment for beginners who have never been to the Gym? Or workouts you can do at home? Something nice for us not so buff beginners! Cheers! Xx

You should do some more clothing stuff at somepoint, Lex. I bought a 50mm TW Steel after watching one of your video‘s. it gets comments every single day, mainly people telling me I look like I have Big Ben on my wrist. Keep up the good work!

Need some more videos on tracking macros for beginners when we can't easily look them up on a source such as my fitness or anything. How to "eyeball" macros.

Some days I really don't feel like it and it's hard to motivate myself.
