wondering I love all your videos but not am in my late 50s is there any type of videos that you have for people that are over 50 with bad knee? That are more fire people in their 50s I do a lot of your videos to have modification. Just wondering have you thought of making videos were people in their 50s

Nice video..I'm a beginner..I was tried and I got stomach pain and side hip pains a lot…
This is becoming my daily go-to workout for abs – short, effective and works the whole core, not just lower abs. I do need to further modify some moves for my body's particular needs, but my modifications still work my abs, so I'm happy.
