That was fantastic, thank you Amy! I love the longer style and I love the way you separate the moves and then put them together. My core never really recovered from pregnancy 5 years ago, but I didn’t know that the moves I was doing were making it worse until I started watching your post partum videos. I now use your ab exercises to strengthen my core instead and everything feels tighter, even my pelvic floor – which I am so grateful for. Thank you xxx

Loved this workout. My left side tends to be weaker and smaller so I really enjoyed being able to focus on one side at a time!
Great workout, and at a good pace that keeps the hear pumping bit isn't too frantic, allows for concentration on form. 🙂
I really like the split circuit format, it gives me time to focus on form and get a burn without doing specific "burner" moves. Thank you Amy!
I am a cardio lover and I dread doing strength training. Amy’s are the only strength workouts that I actually look forward to doing! I love her, her teaching style, and the format of the workouts. They just fly by! I always get a kick out the way she says relax at the end of a tough section. Relaaaaax. I say it that way with her 😆
