Nick check my channel…I placed 3rd in ISCA last May at bw 207 curling 160…I could of went up to 175… Strict Curling been popular just not many people compete in it.
Im with Hadi. Rack pulls above knee is actually pretty damn good for building traps. I suggest you check out alphadestinys video about it👍🏼
