I've been working out with you guys for 2 months now and I love your routines and the results. Thank you so much. How often you recommend doing this exersice ?

Never underestimate this man. Just when I think I'm pretty good doing strength training,, ,I find this one. I'm just getting used to wearing my weight vest again and this one Kicked my rear end, big time. If its too easy for you,, pick up some weights and or change the speed of reps. You will be challenged!!

One of the best work outs ever. 45 mins took me almost 60 mins. Completely drenched at the end. Hopefully one day I will be able to follow without pressing the pause button.
