Love your workouts! I have been doing your pre and postnatal videos. I love how positive and realistic you are for us Momma's after having babies. Is this workout safe for someone 7 weeks postpartum with a diastasis?
As I getting ready for my work out and thinking which should I do, I got your email notification! Great timing and as always the work out! I have been training exclusively with you for the last 18 months and never, I say NEVER got hurt! You are so careful and professional! I am also getting over a cold and haven't worked out in a couple of days, but this was sooo good. It was challenging but I loved the moves. I started dripping at the 14 minute mark!! haha. Thanks for making such wonderful videos!

I keep finding videos that are new to me. Love the Tabata format, and like these medium-length workouts after a tiring day at work, when I'm not trying to squeeze a short routine into a 15 minute break. I'm not up to the long ones, but the short and medium ones are awesome for me. So appreciate the variety you offer! I agree you are a lifesaver.

What a great workout. I subscribed to Amy's 4 week program on her website. bodyfitbyamy.com It's the best 5 bucks I've ever spent. I'm fairly fit already, but had to use 2lb weights for the battle ropes, and 5lbs for everything else. I'll feel it tomorrow. excited about how I'll feel after doing the program 5 days a week!
