Hi Karena and Katrina! I am a huge fan of yours..and have been trying to lose a couple of pounds…I've been working out and eating mostly clean but I seem to either gain weight or maintain the same and just feel like I'm getting bigger. Any hints or suggestions for me? Please respond!

Hi! I would like to start Tone It Up but I have a questions. I have recently became vegetarian (about a few weeks ago) and am not sure how long I will continue this. or if I will be changing my diet back to regular. If I buy one plan will I be able to change that plan if i change my diet? Thank You!

I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight, but that does not mean I will fill my body with junk just because I can. I eat 100% clean, exercise, and drink my 2 green juices everyday! I much enjoy being healthy and strong than just skinny!
As long as you eat whole fruits, the sugar is mostly used up to digest the fiber, isn't it? This isn't the case with fruit juices (even selfmade), as most of the fiber is taken away there and you're pretty much left with great tasting vitamine-sugar-water 😉
I love your site. Do you have anything that is geared towards men? Is a man's metabolism identical to a woman's? Some info I've researched says it's different, however I don't know if it's accurate. I haven't found another site that I'm as impressed with as yours.

you right on the money about hiit first time i did it i thought im gonna die but i was very proud of myself to finish the whole routine and i fell in love with hiit and the way it made me feel and give me a natural high the only problem is i like it so much i do it every day and i've been told i should do only couple times a week can somebody help me with this is it really bad to do it every day?
