The playlists will be very helpful. Could you also make playlists for upper body and lower body workouts? I like to alternate my workouts between upper and lower body or arms and legs and it would be nice to click on a playlist where all the workouts are for arms, for example, or for legs.

I need workouts for an endomorph body type, that has a very slow metabolism.
I would love to see a video on healing diastasis recti, I'm almost 19 months postnatal, and all the reading I've done has left me hesitant about what exercise I should do and ones to avoid, I do not have a wide separation in my abs but I'm still concerned that if I do have diastasis recti to any degree, I could potentially make it worse, I've heard women can have an unknown separation 20 or more years, after childbirth. I'm planning on starting the 7 minute workout for Apple shapes unless you have a different suggestion. ❤

I’ve just found you on you tube and have been trying various workouts. They are great as 7 mins is about right for me as I’m not a morning person and I work quite late and prefer to workout in the evening. I’d like to see a breast reduction exercise if that’s possible, I don’t need to reduce a lot but would appreciate anything you can do.
