I think it's cool that you do these specialized fitness videos, as well as your videos focusing on accommodating back issues. Are there recommended exercises for people with whiplash/severe neck+upper back pain? I suffer from these and have no idea how to work out without injuring myself, and your back pain videos have helped a lot in the past.

I have a 3 finger gap above my belly button , 4 fingers by my belly button and 2 below it. How long do you think it will take for them to go back together if i do these everyday? Also will this help with my kangaroo pouch? Xx

I am currently 2 months post C section and had a deep 3 fingers gap under my belly button (and 2 fingers above). I have been doing this workout for 3 weeks and the gap under my belly button is almost closed!! Thank you so much!!!

I’m 2 years pp with 2nd baby. I have extremely loose stomach skin and I can honestly say, I followed this to a T and I can feel a little burning in the muscle and I’m barely out of breathe. So I’m so excited to finally get my body in shape and hopefully tighten up some of this loose skin.
