I've been lifting for ~16 months now and my ffmi is 21.4, adjusted ffmi 22.4 whatever that means? I'm 6'4 and 210lbs, I'm not sure about my bf but I guessed 17%, I can still see my upper abs quite clearly but not the lower ones. However all my lifts are shit.

Lots of good points the only issue I have is with the blanket use of "steroids" in regards to relative strength. Steroids can increase relative strength by a massive margin.
The problem with this idea is the data is often from the average gym bro getting on a mass focused cycle. Or an extremely trained person who "only" gains 10% relative strength. When in fact if they stayed natural and gained the weight it might have gone down or stayed the same kg for kg.
Take Testosterone and do hypertrophy training your relative strength might even go down as you get huge!
If you take Testosterone and stack it with Trenbolone and Halotestin your strength would go up by unbelievable proportions. I have seen a guy put 40kg, on his bench inside 3 months with a cycle like the one I listed. He had trained for years before he took steroids and his strength shot up so insanely much. If you take the right steroids and do the right training, they can add huge amounts of strength with very small new muscle growth.
This guy competed at the same weight class as before his cycle (only slightly leaner) but his total went up by almost 20%, very low muscle gains, humongous strength gains. Lumping all steroids together is very common but is also very inaccurate. Some steroids have effects that are polar opposites to another.
Just food for thought.

well the average person who doesnt work out prob would be somewhere around 18-19 on the ffmi and the max muscle you can build on an ffmi is 25 and the ppl on steriods can get as big as 29 on ffmi this would mean steriods for the average person prob would make them 1.5 times stronger (max muscle/strength)

Sandow is NOT a good indicator of what is naturally attainable. Natural test levels were significantly higher 120 years ago and he was most likely a genetic outlier even in that time.

What are you thoughts on people on steroids but look natural? Is it because even with steroids they can't make an enormous amount of gainz or just shitty training and nutrition?
take steroids,train for 15 20 mins and sleep and eat for the rest of day and you will build lean muscle faster than anyone natty
Calculator doesn't make much sense. I'm at 23.5 FFMI with about 7-8 months of training (not using any kind of steroids ofc). I was relatively fit before I started but still. I should be at 21 or something. This means that if I keep at this pace, I'd probably surpass this "natural upper limit" in maybe something like 3-4 years or so (taking into account the fact that the rate of the gainz you make decrease over time)

What you say is not accurate. A person on steriods/PEDs will increase his strength by 50% and mass by a maximum of 50%. The weightlifting records before 1940 (before steroids) are proof of this fact. Consider that the maximum bench press world record was stuck at 361-365lbs, during the years 1900 and 1940. It was not until the discovery of steroids that the world record moved to 500 lbs and beyond.
So what is a genetic limit of a natural? For a natural that would be approximately a twice body weight bench press, 2x to 2.10. Steroids will take this to 3x. If you notice all the raw world records of bench press are at 3x. Therefore that becomes a 50% gain in strength over a natural. The same is true for mass. If there were no steroids there would be no bodybuilder in the world weighing 200lbs (competition weight and 7-8% body fat, typical fat level of a natural). Oh, by the way, I have achieved a 2.17x bench press and this was done when I was 18 years old. I am now 39, have been training for 24 years. I am also completely 100% natural and that is the reason I look the way I do at 39. Right now I can manage 1.9 times bodyweight bench. There is a 10% decrease in maximum strength for every decade. This will coincide with 2.17*0.9 = 1.95 or 1.9 which I do right now

Dont get why people cant figure out that roids are really potent stuff, you just need to look at what happens to women who take them. Their transformation is astounding, so one should understand they will do the same if not more to a guy. They will let you pack on a lot more muscle and more importantly maintain them, cut out the drugs and the gains will melt away about as fast as they came on.

So a natural lifter below 6 feet tall and over 5'5 will lift for about 5 to 7 years and get up to 195 to 230 sometimes 240 pounds at there best naturally and then they take roids and 3 or 4 years later they will get to 250 to 300 at a bodyfat percentage below 15 percent and very very few people get up to 320 plus at a bodyfat percentage lower then 15 percent
Went from an FFMI of 19 to 24 in 2 years. Never touched steroids in my life and I don't use protein powder much and used creatine for one month.
