Can we do this in back pain?
This is a very good workout. I hurt my back on oct 1, so i have been unable to do any workouts with you. Frankly I was afraid to start again, but this was a good beginning. It feels good to be working out again. Thank you Lucy, you never disappoint 💖

Thanks for the dance workouts Lucy. I love dancing and I am very lazy with my workouts but I really need to lose weight. Hopefully these will keep me motivated. Wish there was music along with it though.

Day one: I’d never imagined this to be so difficult
Day two: just realized HOW big my thighs are
Day three: so tired mentally so it was sloppy.
Day four: ate pizza. Still mentally exhausted. Did it properly tho.
Day five: forgot😅
Day six: how tf does this not get easier

Day 7 done ✅, with knee /back pain too! But strapped my knee up, now going to try and do some exercise/ stretch for my back. At least I completed it! And it’s the day before my birthday too! So I’m proud of myself 😃. Have a smashing Saturday Lucy 😊
