In this video it explained the focus of creatine. This video goes in depth of how it works. Creatine is a great supplement to use. Creatine is naturally produced within your body. When you supplement with it you end up filling your creatine storages to the max, which is a good thing. Creatine is absorbed with in the baseline of your muscles. When creatine is absorbs it will make you look fuller because the water staying in your muscles. When you go to use creatine, it is converted into ATP. TO sum up ATP it is used for explosive movements. When ATP is being used it is usually for heavy lifts, or high repetition workouts. So, in a sense you will be able to lift more reps for a longer time.

I remember in high school there were tons of research reports done by students (and even stories from the teachers) about how creatine was horrible, it was dangerous, it destroyed your liver, it didn't work, and that we shouldn't use it, etc…

A loading phase costs 2.89$ as opposed to a normal phase of 72C
I personally don;t consider 2 dollars a lot of money.

I took too many capsules of the recommended dose of Magnum's Big C's which is most likely why I apparently became anemic with an inflammed liver off my blood test results, but maybe my reducible inguinal hernia may be a factor.

My liver apparently had no issues though off my radiology.
I have until July 12 to finally get a new blood test to see if I'm still anemic with high ATL.
… Gotta say. I can't wait to take creatine again.

As for the supplement shakes, I'll finish what I have left but include it into recipes to not fuck up my liver.
It's hard to get a doctor, so I haven't properly figured out what's wrong with me…

German creatine creapure is the gold standard when it comes to purity. Other creatines that do not have the creapure label on it are made in China, which would be considered low quality. Would you buy a German car or a Chinese car? So My question is that let's say If I order a micronized creatine from a top brand company that does NOT have a creapure label on it, do you believe that it would be considered a very low quality creatine to put into my body because it was made in China having possible toxicities in it? Thank you
