Ok ok.you got me. Wow woman are you strong. Thx for letting me come along on your health and fitness ride. Day two is a killer and it's FINISHED. Did a 15 minute walk , 10 minutes on recumbent bike(for my hip) and your Abs Day two in the challenge. OH LORDY DO I FEEL GREAT. Cya you in the morning Day 3 I am looking for you..LOL

Completed day 2 in the morning. Abs reallyy burningg!! Though its only 10mins, heart rate goes up and burned around 40cals.
