Spent some time out in Victoria recently and hit up Mother Nature for a solid 10 minute stair workout. These moves will put you through an intense cardio and leg workout helping you burn fat and build strength while enjoying the great outdoors! Do multiple rounds for an even longer sweat session!

STAIR WORKOUTS ARE TONS of Fun !! Bring a 25-40 lb aDjustable sandbag with you . and Get ready to sweat . AND smile tomorrow !!
Everything is OK, but those squats are unnecesary if you are going up and down the stairs. The effect is the same, and you could injury t]your knees.
Could u please do a stair workout with a timer jus like ur other videos … it will b so gud 🥰🥰
So jealous of you working out outside in warm things. We just sweat here in Cambodia. But we do have temples on the mountains and there are plenty of stairs. Next time I get out of the city!
You are awesome! Such quality videos. Amazing! 🙂
Please include full length 30-45 mins resistance bands workouts for every part of the body! You can create a separate series as well. It is very hard to find resistance bands full length videos, especially for women. 🙂

❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been needing this Heather!! My staircase isn’t just for running loads of laundry up and down for my kids. Thank you, thank you 😘
Oh wow, just found this! I need more outdoor-workouts to include into my running!! I'm thinking of using benches, for example, or more stairs or short standing abs sequences…
